1. How we use cookies

We keep this minimal. Nothing non-essential runs until you consent. On your first visit, you can accept all, reject all, or choose by category — reject is exactly as easy as accept.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary — always on

• cos_session — keeps you signed in. Up to 30 days.
• cos_consent — remembers your cookie choice. Up to 180 days.

Analytics — off until you consent

PostHog, loaded only after you grant consent. It tells us which pages are used and where people get stuck, so we can fix it. On the sign-up, checkout and download pages it also records the session — with every text field, password and licence key masked before the recording leaves your browser, so we never see what you typed.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. These services are cookie-less and do not track individual visitors, so they run without requiring consent.

Marketing (optional — reserved, not active)

We don’t use marketing cookies today. If we add any in future, they’ll stay off until you opt in, and we’ll update this page first.
